Community members have one more opportunity to hear about the health club and pool center’s preliminary details directly from the health club committee before the vote begins. On October 17th, 5:30pm at the RSF Golf Club, the committee will be hosting a full presentation open to all community members.
This next HOA vote in Rancho Santa Fe is beginning on October 20th and will conclude on November 19th. It is a community advisory vote to ask residents whether or not they want the Association to spend up to $350,000 to professionally research and develop a plan for a health club and pool center. The vote is not to construct the facility itself.
The presentation is a chance to gather all the information you need before submitting your ballot. It is also a chance to voice your concerns as the committee will be taking questions from the audience.
RSFA Board Director Heather Slosar chairs the committee, and stated in previous discussions:
“As a director of the Association I feel that I owe it to our community to explore the viability of a health club and pool facility and its ability to help increase the near and long-term property values of the Covenant as well as overall member satisfaction.”
