RSF Association to Hear Gateway Project Details at August 18 Meeting

Rancho Santa Fe residents are encouraged to provide member input on the potential Gateway Project, which is set to include a 5,000 square foot market.

The Coast News Group reports:

"Robert Green, who serves as the building commissioner at the Rancho Santa Fe Association, provided a presentation regarding the RSF Gateway Project. According to Green, the project will encompass a two-story building, covering 27,017 square-feet of both office and retail space on both levels. Designs reveal that the lower level will have 13,836 square-feet as opposed to the top floor with 13,181.

While the site currently stands on 0.59 acres, Green said, with the approval from the county, the applicant does propose to increase this project site to 0.62 acres.

The RSF Association board of directors is scheduled to hear Gateway Project details at their next board meeting slated for Aug. 18 at 9 a.m. The meeting will be held at the Association. According to Association representatives, the project may then move into the preliminary application phase with the CDRC."
