RSF Association Launches New Website, Moves Forward in Rancho Librado Case & Updates Community on Fiber

December is always a busy month for Rancho Santa Fe. Families are preparing for the holidays and the Association is diligently tying up loose ends while getting ready for all that is set in motion for the new year. Recently, the Association launched a new website, approved additional funding for the Village Revitalization efforts, updated the community on the progress of installing a fiber-optic network in the Ranch, and made plans to increase the Association's reserve fund cash balance.

Board Approves Additional Funding for Village Revitalization, Discusses Phase 2 Fiber & Bolsters Reserve Fund Balance

At the December Board meeting, the Board voted unanimously to approve new auditor recommendations, additional funding for the Village Revitalization Task Force, and the second phase of negotiating a partnership for the installation of a fiber-optic network in the Ranch.

Court Dismisses 8 out of 9 Causes of Action in the Golden Eagle/Mabee Trust Lawsuit

On December 8, 2015, the Superior Court of California, County of San Diego, dismissed eight out of nine Causes of Action in a lawsuit filed by Golden Eagle Land Investment LP and the Mabee Family Trust against the Rancho Santa Fe Association.
