August 4, 2016: Presentation at Board Meeting. Board took questions and comments from the Membership. Board approved the Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation and sending voting package including Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws to Members. The Board appointed Bruce Bishop as the Election Inspector.
August 14,2016: Registration closes at 5:00pm for being eligible to vote on the Amended and Restated Articles and Bylaws (not more than 60 days nor less than 10 days before mailing of ballots unless the Board fixes another date - Bylaws, Article III, Section 5(c)).
August 24, 2016: Mail ballots including all documents and summaries to Members eligible to vote.
October 5, 2016: Last day for ballots to be returned. Deadline 5:00pm. (First business day after 30 days after ballots are mailed - Bylaws, Article III, Section 5(b)).
October 6, 2016: Ballots counted at regular Board meeting. Ballots are counted by Election Inspector and results are recorded in the minutes and posted. (First business day after deadline for ballots to be returned.)
October 7, 2016: Results posted on bulletin boards and on website (not later than 15 days after ballot count - Davis Stirling Act, Section 5120).
