Official Fiber Sign-Ups Now Live!; VOTE by June 13; Water Rates Rising

There is only one week left to vote in the HOA election. Unlike most national elections, where you are one of a million voters, every single vote of approximately 2,000 voters in Rancho Santa Fe can make a difference.

Ballots for the HOA election have been sent. If you did not receive one, please contact the Association at 858-756-1174. All ballots must be returned to the Association office before 5pm on June 13.

Nothing is more precious than the right to vote. Please exercise it!

In other exciting news, Hotwire Communications has officially launched Internet sign-ups! This is great news for the community, as it has the potential of raising all our home values significantly and will generate revenues for years to come.

The San Diego Union-Tribune wrote:

"Granted, the members of the Ranch’s board seem a bit more sophisticated than your average city politician. But if this little government can build its system after being rejected by the standard business model, maybe big cities around here will at least be inspired to drive harder bargains…”

Best regards,

Nick Krnich

P.S. - In the interest of transparency, I have endorsed Rachel Laffer, Rachel Leheny, and Terry Peay for Association Board.
