As we move forward with our news site, we are covering as many important stories as we can. There’s a lot going on in our community and I am humbled by the extraordinarily high number of visits to the news site; over 30,000 in total since we started in March and over 500 followers on our Facebook page.
I can not overstate how much covenant member input is valued and has been very helpful in continually improving the site. Listed below are new stories we are covering as well as recent updates to the site that have been recommended by members.
Businessman and Founder of Service Now Fred Luddy has pledged to donate 10 percent of the total cost for the RSF Health Club and Pool center should the project be approved. RSFA Board Director and Chair of the Health Club Committee Heather Slosar confirmed the donation at the Board’s Oct. 2nd meeting.
The preliminary cost of the project has been reduced, anticipated to be between $9 million to $11 million in total.
As of today, the median sales price for 92067 remains 6.25% higher than the median sales price for homes within the Covenant.
