Licosati and Wasserman Win Seats on RSF Association Board

Rancho Santa Fe- The election for two seats on the Rancho Santa Fe Association Board of Directors has concluded. Mike Licosati and Fred Wasserman will be taking seats on the board that are being vacated by Board Directors Rochelle Putnam and Craig McAllister.

Mr. Licosati and Mr. Wasserman ran unopposed on a platform of inclusiveness and transparency with a focus on implementing a new fiber optic network throughout the Ranch. This election came in stark contrast to the very contested 2014 board election that saw dirty campaign tactics and stolen campaign signs.

Both Mr. Licosati and Mr. Wasserman bring a wealth of experience in financial management and community involvement to the Board of Directors. Mr. Licosati currently sits on the Health Club and Pool Executive Committee and has also served as a member of the Association Finance Committee. Mr. Wasserman currently serves on the Institute of Allergy and Immunology and has also served as Co President of the Garden Club as well as the Association Finance Committee.

The two candidates will join a board that are taking on very sensitive issues throughout the community. Water, intersections, Health Club amenities as well as proposed developments on the Mabee property will all require future board action. Despite the challenges both candidates have said that they are excited to join a board that has worked so well together over the past year.
