The new year is certainly off to a bustling start. After wrapping up the holiday season, the Association is now looking ahead to 2016. The RSF Board is making moves to close a deal on establishing fiber-optic Internet and enhanced cell coverage in the Ranch, preparing for a community-wide vote on updates to Covenant voting rights, and releasing new designs for the proposed Covenant Club.

On December 15, after nearly two years of discussion and community input, the Covenant Club Design Committee unveiled the first detailed design of what the Covenant Club might look like if constructed.
The RSF Association Board provided updates on several projects at the January meeting, including progress on the Covenant Club, establishing a fiber-optic Internet network, and enhancing cell phone reception in the community. The Board members also approved the 2016 Board of Directors’ election schedule and new committee appointments.
